Why to always re check a hole after finding a target

So yesterday me and my partner was down a beach with the AT Gold, She found a target jumping 65 - 75, so on the surface was a bit of Foil, she walked off and I said babes give the hole another swing, and BOOM!! 66 i.d - 4' down... a big ring packed full of diamonds, I pulled it out and after saying this is why we re check holes!! then I said please have hall marks so I know there might be a chance it could be real and it was heavy.. No halls marks so very doubtful diamonds are real but anyways its always good finding a ring real or not

Regardless of it having hallmarks or not, as you mention, it is always nice to pulled out a ring. Even 925 silver rings make my day, despite not being worth much.

Any hallmarks or markings is fun cause I love to do the research on them to see where and when it was made
