The average age of me is about 56.9. My Knees and Back and Shoulders feel 10yrs older, My head tells me if still in my 30s. So it averages out. I've been detecting since I was 15 and hooked on gold prospecting since I was 5 or 6. First detector (the family's ) was a Whites 5000 d coinmaster. Absolutely useless in the hot ground around Whroo. :(

Average age in our home is 52.5 Average time spent detecting is a big fat zero 8.( :lol: bloody work, covid and everything in between :rolleyes: I've got all the gear plus some :(

GH you can start a new thread titled average time spent on the ground, my average relative to time doesn't look like changing any time soon.
 
We average 69 and did the season in WA last year from Kal to Marble Bar.
Better than any gym workout. We just get flabby again over summer.
Getting ready to do it again this year. Best lifestyle for us. Love it.
Finding and tiny shiny piece is exciting. The learning we are constantly doing keeps brain sharp researching on Trilobite.
