46 looks like you coulda just pulled it from your pocket to give to grandma to pay the rent,... top finds Wally. :D

Today was meant to be a day of chores and running the wife into town for a specialist appointment 8.( .........but leaving a bloke idle in a waiting room when there is old looking ground round the corner would be a travesty of justice.

They even suggested she needs a few additional consultations. :D

Hope so, have only cleaned enough to see it is made of silver with a decorative jewel on the front with a glint of gold and diamonds. Target ID jumped around a bit, so expecting it to be full of sovereigns. :p

Now, I'm pretty sure (definitely) that it's the 1915 H Florin that is the rare one out of it and the one that sports no H. :D

Not sure what the bottle is, it has no marks at all others than on the neck. Ink bottle was my guess too.

Well here it is Heath, no cigar and the music has stopped playing in my head. :(

But it could light a cigar and did play music as it is actually the bottom half of a music box cigarette lighter, probably from the '50s. It had me going for a while as the mechanism has a wheel about the size of a half sovereign. and it weighs a bit.

Oh well interesting find anyway mate, I seriously had my fingers crossed for you that it was solid silver and filled with soveriegns.

Anyway that Florin is awesome, great to find such a low mintage silver coin.

I've been searching parkland that I am sure has been gone over very thoroughly by another operator(s), but due to its location I have been reluctant to write it off, so have been back for a few swings when I get a chance.

Today it produced something worth sharing otherwise it has been about $3.18 in 3 sessions on 2 acres of land.
