On review of the Draft recommendations its clear that VEAC cant even follow their own Act. Please feel free to take anything out of the video to support your submission.
Basically Section/Clause 18(g) of their Act requires that they assess the environmental, social and economic consequences of implementing proposed recommendations. They have not assessed the social and economic consequences.
