Hi all
Have taken it out now for a test or 2 and have found 2 old cans of corned beef and a can of soft drink at 2and a half feet ..can i ask does any one have any advice for settings and coils to give me the best chance to find gold?..

Always run Delay at 10us
Confirm ground balance regularly
Take the time to adjust the frequency control for smoothest threshold
Run the lowest threshold you can and the highest volume.
Try and run the All conductivity if you can especially if there is a chance of 10g+ nuggets

I never found nuggets with mine but did get bullets and frustratingly small pieces of iron (which gives a high tone despite what Whites say)

Thanks for the advice mate..will do..couldn't afford a 5000 so went for the whites instead ...hoping it is able to detect gold..

It is very capable of detecting Gold.........WA ground.
