I read Audie Murphy's biography, it was a fantastic read, he was totally fearless and very humble when the "hero" label was placed on him, and I loved him as an actor as well.

Today Is May 31, World No Tobacco Day I gave up in April 2000, fortunately I have pretty good health and I don't suffer any lingering illness from the rotten things.

Happy birthday for yesterday Madmax. And like you Dave`s Office I knocked off in Nov. 2017 after 50 odd years of heavy smoking. Good old Log Cabbin eh.
Lungs aren`t the best but otherwise I`m fitter than some half my age.
It was costing me $280 p/w. Now that money goes towards other pleasures that aren`t killing me, such as yesterdays purchase.
