In ear headphones.

It's probably been done to death but there might be some new device I haven't heard about. I'm looking for advise on bud-style headphones, what's good & what's not. Having been officially inducted into the old f*rt club i need all the help I can get by way of "apparatus" & while I'm on the subject, signal enhancers. Anybody ??
