The rain has been light, just right for a walk in a Tshirt to freshen the soul.

Girls are happy not to have to water the plants, sadly they have the dishes to do instead

Last year I was with miss 11 and we nailed the salmon trout, about 60+ were caught and released, bait or lure it was fast and easy fishing,
she had a ball, will be great if it is on again.
But I think they want to look for cockles, they have not done that together yet, miss 6 is hanging out for it, she wanted to leave 2 days ago.

:)

Wonder if the volcanic ash cloud will seed some good rainfall :cloudy: and drop the temp for 5 years or so

A lot of climate scientists are saying there will be a definite drop in global temps due to the amount of reflection of the suns rays due to the fine particles of ash that reached into the stratosphere. They are talking a couple of years at least. :cloudy:

Well if one piddlin volcano can cause global cooling then imagine what the world must have been like a 100 million years ago when all the volcano's on the planet were erupting continuously. Must have been a chilly place aye!
With all the reptiles (they ruled the Earth back then) that were about in those days you would wonder how they ever evolved into anything at all. and they were around for well over 250.000.000 years. The planet must have been hot and not cold then coz reptiles are cold blooded.....Take a lot of heat to warm up a T-Rex or Diplodocus.

Sounds like nice steady rain Wishfull :perfect: hopefully it doesn't cause any one problems.

Heard on Macca's program this morning the west of SA has had around 5 or 6 inches, hopefully just what they needed.
