Garrett AT Pro metal detector coils

Hey guys. I'm finally getting a metal detector after christmas yay , do you guys know much about the different coils for a garrett AT PRO?

I hope everyone had a good Christmas. Im ordering the AT PRO next week and I'm really excited about it. Im gunna use the coil that comes with it for now until I get the hang of it. I see some people here using them so they must be good

I got it from a local dealer, now to learn the settings

Will a ace 250 coil fit a AT pro. Reason i ask is i have been offered a ace with 3 coils.

I have heard that they will work fine if you change over to AT Pro fittings, though proably not worth the bother nor the cost of the waterproof connections.
