Detecting Partner in Perth

I have recently moved to perth and am looking for someone to go detecting with around Southern Cross or anywhere within a 4 hour drive of Perth.

I am looking at going for a drive next weekend leaving Friday afternoon.

If anyone knows of any spots I could check out or if there are any commons or private properties that you can pay to get on I would be interested.

just for two
the one in Toodyay is on private property but was a nice alluvial patch close to Perth. dominant theory is that the Darling scarp is all deep gold but Toodyay says otherwise. good luck.
