Coiltek service

received a brand new 14"cammo mono coil from coiltek.I had bought a second hand 4500 a few weeks ago,and it had a 14"out of warranty cammo with it which was bump sensitive,the coil was around 3 years old according to the serial number.I contacted coiltek and they said to send it to them,but to be rest assured they would look after me.well they certainly kept their word,i received the brand newy today complete with cap and storage bag.Coiltek have great service and I cannot be happier,will certainly be purchasing again.

Yeah, there is a lot of bad service which I attribute to bad management.

Yes I had the same replacement for my 14" elite. Great service.
