People will just barter, all it will do is push us back to the middle ages. Anyway just another example of the "NWO" at work, they will make it so miserable to live that you'll welcome death. :(

They keep chipping away, taking one freedom at a time until we have none left, 40 years ago Aussies would have gone berserk at this prospect, these days there is too much flouride in the water that no one will give a toss or do much, they'll just shrug their shoulders and think it's good because the government says so.

The biggest problem is the fractional banking system,it is on its last legs,so they are pulling all the levers they can to keep control.
If they can get this cashless society going,it will mean they will be able to just take more and more, just look at the GST,if we can just have 15% it will solve our budget problems, well I say never, too much government, all those fat cats on big money.
The fractional banking system has to always keep expanding, the moment it stops, the unravelling begins.

That's why all of you should vote for any Mickey Mouse party next election. It was those micro parties that saved us from Tony and to some extent, from what was her name, woman.

Anyone but the greens, or you will only be allowed to read in history books about panning and fossicking, fishing and camping, we cant have us people leaving footprints on the delicate soil of this great free country!
Seriously, a cashless society is very scary, and its coming.
How will drug addicts pay for their drugs?.....with your gpz 7000 thats how.
Crime and prohibited things are not going to go away because there is no cash for a black market.

thanks for posting the interesting link, I think the govts of the western world have more than one surprise in stall for us.....

Yeah that sucks!
That's why I'm putting my cash onto the black market.

In 1980 or thereabouts it was forecast that as the home and business computer were improved they would make paperwork obsolete.
Instead it has doubled.

? ....A cashless society means no cash. . Zero. . It doesnt mean mostly cashless and you can still use a wee bit of cash here & there. Cashless means fully digital, fully traceable, fully controlled. I think those who support a cashless society arent fully aware of what they are asking for. A cashless society means:

* No more tuck-away cash for those preparing to leave domestic violence.
* No more purchases off marketplace unless you want to risk bank transfer fraud.
* No more garage sales.
* No more cash donations to hungry homeless you pass.
* No more cash slipped into the hands of a child from their grandparent.
* No more money in birthday cards.
* No more piggy banks or tooth fairy for your child.
* No more selling bits & pieces from your home that you no longer want/need for a bit of cash in return.
* Less choices of where you purchase based on affordability.

What a cashless society does guarantee:

* Banks have full control of every single cent you own.
* Every transaction you make is recorded.
* All your movements & actions are traceable.
* Access to your money can be blocked at the click of a button when/if banks need clarification from you which could take weeks, a hundred questions answered & five hundred passwords.
* If your transactions are deemed in any way questionable, by those who create the questions, your money will be frozen, for your own good.

And before anybody slams this post ... dont go shooting the messenger .. Im sharing it because maybe we all need to take off our blinkers. Forget about cash being dirty. Cash has been around for a very, very long time & it gives you control over how you trade with the world. It gives you independence.

If you are a customer, pay with cash. If you are a shop owner, remove those ridiculous signs that ask people to pay by card. Cash is a legal tender, it is our right to pay with cash. Banks are making it increasingly difficult to lodge cash & that has nothing to do with a virus.

Please pay with cash & please say no to a cashless society while you still have a choice.
