How are you getting your Fish and Chips tonite??

The best fish and chips I've had recently was on Phillip Island while on holiday. All the fish and chips around here are disappointing in comparison.
I'm cooking up a big batch of spag bol to fill the freezer
Sitting here will a silly grin on my face after a bloody great week. It's been a while since the last.
It's also beer o'clock, even more reason to smile.

Travelled home from a weeks freezing holiday on the Mornington Peninsula. Packed up early and drove from Rye to Sorrento. Caught the ferry over to Queenscliff and then drove to Geelong. Picked up our 14 yo puppy on the way and got home and unpacked. Then drove a couple of hours up to Strangways to pick up some gear I had purchased on marketplace and then on to Daisy Hill. Pulled out and set up the camper van ready for a potential buyer to inspect tomorrow morning. Called over to chat with our neighbour and his little s*#&@ of a dog bit me on the finger.
Only thing I could find was a cheap cask white and trying to enjoy that At this moment.

Right now I'm waiting for the ringing in my ears to stop and my hearing to return.
Spent the day at heathcote Park raceway watching top fuel dragsters and the burnout pad.
That sound from the top fuel dragsters punches you in the chest and rattle the bones
