The last thing you want when you outlay a sizeable amount for one of the detectors is the hassles that may result when breakages occur. My Garrett Headphones plug separated a few weeks ago and so I got in touch with the retailer, who asked me to trackdown a guy at Garrett. With a few of emails back and forth, starting May 7th, the new phones arrived this morning. All done and dusted.......Well done Garrett Australia. :)

G`day Tassie Daz,

Yep! cant fault there service, sent my AT Pro in for some warranty work. Roy, in at Garrett was great, he kept me up to date with repairs and was a wealth of information to go with it. I must say, its good to see a company that still believe in service (there few and far between)

Yep Paulmarr, it was actually March 7th. And I know most companies are happy to do all they can to make things right but this was awesome, the feedback, the communication etc etc.
