Hi Folks,
I note that a Google search mentions that Warakurna is in the goldfields region and I'm wondering if there is anywhere in this district where you can detect? A quick search of PA shows up nothing?

I've never heard of gold out that way and I suspect that whole area is Aboriginal land that's closed to outsiders other than for transit through it.

I think you'll need one of these permits for using the Great Central Road:
