Hi all I'm new to the forum and new to prospecting.
We are heading down to the Shoalhaven River this week with some borrowed gear including a river sluice so it should be interesting.

We are also keen to hopefully get the time to head to Tuena and learn some more with some members on the coming weekend.

We live in the Hunter Valley and also have Nundle not far up the road we would like to check out also.

Cheers guys!!

G'day guys, welcome to the forum. Hope you have fun while on the shoalhaven, we head out to the ford a bit. You can get some decent colour there all very fine. We have been around steuarts crossing but there were too many people round when we were there, so no idea what its like for a dig but there is a conservation area on the far side of the river where it joins the mongarlow
Have not made it there myself but there was a post on another forum recently about Bombay crossing. Seems there was some nice gold pulled from there ?
We will be at Tuena this weekend so if you make it out hope to say G'day
