Hi Folks,

I don't know if anyone else does this, but here goes...

When i'm out for a quick look and have my short kit with me, i use a modified pistol belt to
carry my gear on the bucket.
The carabiners and shackle loops you can get off the shelf at Bunnings and the pistol belt you can get at any
surplus store or Ebay for next to nothing.
My pans and sieves clip on to the shackles on the sides and the pocket in front holds my snuffer bottles.
Crevicing gear and small shovel go inside the bucket.
There is a clip on the belt that easily snaps open snaps if you need to use the bucket.
It saves me trips back to the car as i've usually forgotten something.

Good hunting.

Muz.

Great idea mate!! I like this
you are very inteligent, I would love to be there with you in Australia panning

That's a really great idea, saves having four trips to the car to carry everything where you want to be! Half the day is gone in walking by the time you get to digging! I'm going to have to try and copy this idea, thanks a lot
