'minelab SD/GP' Battery Cover?

Anybody know if/where i might find the SD/GP battery hood/cover thing that comes with the SD series batteries? I've got 4 batteries and 2 without covers, currently have them wired up to 4 pin socket/headphone line jack but they're bloody inconvenient..

I'm guessing since google failed I they aren't available but figured I'd ask anyway..
