Metal detectors - Minelab Goldmonster or Nokta Makro Simplex?

Was looking at buying at minelab gold monster1000 as i seen alot of others have them and good feed back.Then i seen a new detector Nokta makro simplex but un sure if any good for Australia...Thanks

Hi Kiwifella, these are different machines. What are you looking for? gold or relics/coins
GM primarily finds gold and tends to do it well when you understand its signals,
The others primary function is coins and relic

If you are looking for gold get a machines whose primary function is gold detecting
But if you want a machine that does both maybe check out the equinox 800.
