Hey PA land I have been trying to work out what I found a few months back but Im completely stumped as to what it might be. Hardness of less than 4.5 (A paper clip scratches it) and more than 2.5 cant scratch it with my nail. It has no fluorescence either. I found it in thin seam maximum thickness of about 45mm between sedimentary deposits. Any help will be appreciated heres a couple of photos hopefully theyll be in focus and help

Seems like it would be something like Baryte. There's a handle of things that fit 4.4sg/2-4Mohs but most of them fluoresce.

My reference book indicated Barite as well, fits the Moh and SG, location in a seam between sedimentary deposits also supports this. Pretty when faceted if there is some clear stuff in there.
