Heart Attack

Ridge Runner reached out to me tonight and its with heavy heart that i must tell everyone
He is in hospital after suffering a heart attack on Friday night his time
He is currently doing ok and resting comfortably
Waiting for doctors etc etc
He has limited to no internet except on his phone so if members send him PM or messages he will reply when he can
I and i am sure most if not all of you wish him a speedy recovery and good health.

Hi, you are in the best place right now. They can do so much more these days. My dad has had a few procedures. Still here after triple bypass 20years ago. We cant help the genes we get. All the best and l hope you get home soon.
