G'day from Newbie JLC

G'day all,

New to the site and the prospecting game and thought I'd sign up to gain an insight and some experienced advice.
I'm always looking to find a good camping site with detecting areas nearby. I'm centrally located in the Wallan/Kilmore (Vic) area and have trialled my machine in Heathcote (Graytown & One Eye) finding plenty of lead shot, shell casings and an assortment of other rubbish. Unfortunately no joy with the yellow stuff. Still getting my ear-in with the detector and relevant settings.
