Alaska hey! you might need to sit in your oven for a few weeks to acclimatise :fire:
ps, don't dream of prospecting in West Oz in Dec - March. Gets a bit hot. You could go to the S/East at that time but it can still get very warm.
Either side of summer here is good .. except when it rains

Or it's so dry that you worry the ground might break your pick.

Yep still lots of gold to be found in Alaska and in a lot of areas it's easier to get.
