Todays hunt results.

I went down the beach yesterday,... only found one coin,... took me 12 hours in the SVB (Salt&Vinegar Bath),.... computer is playing up, so bear with me as I slowly load and add photos to the next post using edit.
I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Bear with me as now the comp is checking the file system on C,.... very very slowly. (Bugga)

That was just both sides of the one coin numpty, I took photos while it was still in solution(white background shots) each time I gave it a gentle brushing,.. it was that spot on the queens head that hung on and wouldnt let go for an extra 3 hours,... I'm happy with the outcome, dropped new by the looks of it.

Thanks Heatho, I decided to use SVB on that particular coin from past experience and how it looked,.. just took way longer than usual, but then again it had such a coppery look to start with, I actually thought I'd found a 1c coin at first glance,.. maybe that's accounting for the longer time,.... it was found 2 inches into thick black sand down at the coast,.... Go the ACE250 !

Yeah the before photo I almost thought it was 1c too, but I could just see the wheat on a closer look. Will have to give that method a go next time.

Went looking for history this morning ,... searched PA for its first ever post ,... couldn't find anything older than Nuggets first post, so,while I was there I thought I better like it, just soo nostalgic being there to see it I decided to leave that bit of cyber graffiti to show that I had been there and seen it ,.... that special place of all PA ,... of course if anyone can find anything older, please let me know.
Maybe we should have a nostalgia thread with shortcuts to those special moments on PA ,... a quiet solemn thread with no comments, just signage and doorways to special places to us all.
We can just like the posts then to show that we've been there an seen them.
