Pin pointer. Good pick. Lesche. That covers detecting. I'd add proswing and backup batteries if it's a minelab pi.

Pan and snuffer. Alluvial.

If some how I forget those things its basically day over.

Pinpointer is now on the purchase list...... Thanks :D

See learning every time I log onto this forum....... You guys are GOLD!!

There was a debate somewhere on the forum about which pinpointer was the best one for gold prospecting,...some one might remember which topic it was called.

it is one thing i do and not so much a take with you type thing but i leave a copy of a map with the area i will be in shown, description of what i am doing in the area (hunting, hiking, prospecting etc) emergency contacts list with numbers, car details and when i will approximately be back home. sounds a bit over the top but it is something i had to do with my mother when i was young and going bush and is something i still do with friends or family just in case

Hmmmmm, Komatsu D575A, Caterpillar 797, Hitachi EX8000-6, that about covers it, oh, and poo tickets!!

Some stingos for those biting insects we get here in Vic. Especially for the big Bullants that always seem to have a nest right next to the target you just found.
