Went to "Long Gully" NQ for a week.

Hi All
I got home yesterday after a week out at "Long Gully", with "Digginerup" from another forum, it was a good trip full of laughs thanks Wayne, the nuggets eluded our detectors on this trip, but we did get some gold with a "Dry blower" it was the first time I had used a large dryblower man it's dirty work & a bloody good work out hey Wayne?, we managed to get a couple of specimans with it.
There where some reports of very nice gold found by folks at the camp ground, one Lady found a 2oz nugget & a few 3 7 4 grammers on one day, 1 group had 35oz's for 8 weeks.
I had fun & have seen the DOC about the fever & have been given a repeat on my prescription so another trip is in order soon.

I'm heading up up to cairns for a few days in Nov 2nd-6th
is there any members up there that would take me out for a day
not taking any prospecting gear with me tho,
Might be moving up there in Jan, i'm going up more to look at property to rent/buy and look at the schools in the area
