Man I wish Mrs Wolf or myself could cook like you Fellas... Mmmmmmm... :drooling: :drooling:

LW...

Not me, as I just love food, and not having such delicious tucker in front me all the time, is the only way that I can manage to keep my weight in reasonable shape.

But keep putting it up as I can still drool in private.

any food tastes great if made with love (ever had one of your kids concoctions?)or you are in great company.

What's the recipe for those short ribs, RJ?

Very simple Doc. Just a recipe I found online. I will make some changes next time.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup beef stock
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
2 kilo bone-in beef short ribs, cut crosswise into 2 pieces
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
red chilli to garnish if wanted.

Mix the ingredients together, add ribs and cook in slow cooker on low 6-8 hours.
Mix corn starch with a little water and add near the end of the cook to thicken the sauce.
Top with coriander leaves and sesame seeds to serve with rice.
