Hey guys,
For those that have had a look under the water at Oallen, and I suspect elsewhere asking the Shoalhaven. There are little guys that look like shrimp. Is this what they are? They didn't look like yabbies.

The little buggers are tough too. No way were they moving out of their territory when I was moving rocks around while I was attempting a bit of sniping. One of the little buggers started clawing into my leg where I had cut it earlier too. I guess the blood got him going a bit.

So they are shrimp! I should have known this at my age. You live and learn.

Watch out, they will take your arm off!

They definitely are freshwater shrimp and they are the best bait ever for catching Yellowbelly and Bass. You would want a hell of a lot of them for a feed though.
