So whats everyone doing over the long weekend? I was heading away but had to put it off for a bit.

Off to bendigo to have my first detect since hospital with a friend who is a goldie

I'm off to bendigo and try and find ny first nugget with the 5000 maybe ill go duck hunting aswell lol

Freezer is out of flathead fillets so unfortunately i have to do the laborious task of getting my fishing rods out hooking up the boat and heading down the coast to outwit those flathead. I'm sure i would rather be mowing the lawn.

off to port macquarie for the weekend ... taking the missus away for an enjoyable weekend hopefully ... might even try and sneak off to the beaches lol

Off to help celebrate a mate becoming naturalized as an Aussie today.

The rest of the weekend I'm unsure about. Prolly stay home & tidy the Garage & back yard - Starting to look like a scene from Houso's :/

well all we found was bullet shells and steel wire no yellow

Didnt get much at all but thats gold detecting found a great new site though great potential and untouched

Cleaned up the back yard, was hoping to do some panning today but didn't happen...
Met up with some friends for lunch at Walhalla pub & had a walk around town.
Town was quiet as...
All safe from the fires now but it'll take awhile for the crowds to come back.
