Hi fellow prospectors 
Just wanted to put an update on the forum. I have been busy with work so far this year, but have managed to get out and do a bit of detecting. Managed to strike a few bits of gold earlier this year, around home (Central West NSW), but I am planning a trip to the GT end of May. Can’t wait! Been doing a bit of research online as well as old prospecting books I’ve had in my library for a while. Any tips on ground to look out for in the GT? I think I finally have my GPZ with 12” NF combo dialled in on kill mode on sub 0.2’s, but looking to get some advice on some deeper settings as I have a 15”cc Xcoil as well. Hope to hear from some seasoned prospectors out there
