What a gruesome, gruelsome part of our history.
I have great admiration for those who embark on this arduous journey , no matter the reason
Im not sure i have guts to do it myself but i often think i would like to try.
I have actually participated in something similar though.
As a child i grew up in the Phillipines .
In the scouts we re enacted the "Bataan Death March" ... Another brutal event at the hands of the Japanese
Im proud of myself and my mates of the time ,to have completed such an extreme battle of our own
