roddosnow is possibly correct, but trouble is your pic is out of focus so it is hard to define just what it is. Maybe you could try another pic, but get it in better focus. Cheers, Bill

yes as Phoenix76 has pointed out, better focus on the stone should be able to make a fairly good identification, from the colour and where it appears broken does give the appearance of green glass, also being from the upper hunter i would also lean towards it being partially waterworn glass. However i could certainly be wrong.
