Hi,

Hubby & I are fairly new to prospecting and are also full time travellers, so looking forward to all the areas we can go to.

We are currently near Durakai, and giving it a go wih our SDC that we bought a while ago.

Any helps/tips appreciated and if any of you see us out there some & say hi :Y:

A lot of prospectors in QLD. I'm from VIC but you are way closer to the Palmer river goldfields than me and here is a pic from over a year a ago from a mate. 10oz over 2 days.

Yes it is HevnJohn but it wasn't always that good.He also found a 38 ouncer from Palmer River. If you're travelling up that way it would be definitely a place to check out but it's a massive area to cover just look it up on google earth.

Thanks SC75, had a quick look and it is absolutely massive. Think you would need to have a set plan otherwise you would be driving around forever lol.
