Gold panning WA

Are there any area's work a look in WA? I've been reading about donnybrook and margret river, but it seems like a waste of time?

Tim, there are small amounts of very small gold in those areas, but getting access to creeks on private property is difficult, & remember it is illegal to prospect in state forests & national parks. The old-timers tried mining those locations but it wasn't very profitable
