Hi all,

Does anyone have any links to comparison videos of this rig? Or depth tests?
I want a great all rounder , beach, relics coins, gold maybe..

Up to $2000 aus

Hi Vk,

The ATX would be the go but you'd need to throw an extar $2k at it

I recently bought the AT Pro International is pretty good especially where there's alot of junk around, bit I'm sure others will have their pitch.

I know TassieJack on this forum used to use one maybe message him for the heads up on it.

Cheers

Mark

I believe TassieJack's business went belly up and had a few legal consequences from fellow forum members as a result. Best to try someone else I think.

only owned garretts so can't comment on the xp dues

looks light enough to swing all day, also noticed it's wireless

if you do decide to go that way i'd love to get your feedback after a few outtings

cheers

Wolfau just put up a great post in the members finds about the XP DUES

Might help with your decision

Atx is a bit rich.. Maybe xp deus

The 2500 I remember it well.

It was first launched in the 90's and I believe Garrett at the tine was way ahead
with this detector. I used its sister the 1350 and that was an impressive machine.

The 2500 is still being made today and has some awesome features.

One is the sizing scale and the other is surface elimination. This means you can make
the machine not detect the first few inches of the ground.

The only issue could be the weight.

When it warms up a little I am going to take the XP Deus for a walk down
the beach and see how it performs in the wet sand. There is also a waterproof
kit for the DEUS. Overall it's impressing me so far.

Yes wireless headphones, wireless coil and controller.

The 9" is great. An 11" version is also available.

Get yourself an extra upper shaft and you have 2 detectors.

Its completely wireless and the easiest to pin point.

WS4 Backphone Headphones + Remote + 9" or 11" Coil with Telescopic Pole
$1899 usd

Excellent thanks

Now the question is deus or atx

I'm not sure the deus not being pulse will be any good for finding gold,
I'm not sure the deus will be good underwater or not

It's a tough call..

Any suggestions?

I bought the Deus to test out in the goldfields with its new
V3.2 gold program. It has rave reviews but will not know
Any better until I test it though.

If it works the 3500 will be sold along with the gmt.

Hi VK...

From what I've read over the past few weeks, seems the ATX is cleaning up on the beaches and also well picked over gold fields.

That's not to say the Dues won't do as well... it's just not as much feedback on the Dues.

If you are looking. to buy direct from the US your not going to lose if you decide the ATX is not for you.

The ATX is definately heavier to swing, but then again it's dam near bullet proof.

Maybe hold off to see how wolf gets on down at the waters edge

The problem with a PI detector is you end up digging bobby pins at 6".

You really need something like a cz21, ctx 3030 or a whites beach hunter that has discrimination for the iron.

Ah ok. I just wanted something for goldfields (pi)
I'll try get something around 2k to go with the deus

Ps name is Anthony
