Hi guys. im currently living in the uk but for a while ive been thinking about coming to WA to have a go a gold detecting.
first question is, Anyone recommend any tour companies as would like to do a week or so with some pros. and to learn about the rules/safty etc.

then i would like to find someone thats knows what they doing that wouldnt mind me tagging along and learning of them,

funds are not a problem and looking to spend 3-6months out there. most likly next year. as still loads to learn.

East Hull, your joke is a bit heavy, but that aside, Perth is crap in summer mostly due to the humidity. Most of our coast gets it but Perth seems worse than most (to me at least). I don't mind the dry heat inland for a bit as it evaporates sweat.
Still, for those not acclimatised, high 30's to 40+ temps inland can kill. Its VERY VERY important to stay VERY well hydrated.
An important note to all who will/might visit WA inland &/or Midwest - North, WATER WATER WATER
.. actually, on that note, people have become lost in the southwest & suffered dehydration. We don't have much in the way of rivers, but those we do, you don't want to drink it unfiltered!
