They are not the only fake 18650 batteries coming out of China. There are also companies in China that source old laptop batteries, remove the 18650 batteries in them and test each one for any life. They are graded then re-wrapped in name brand wrappers and sold on sites like ebay. Most will only give a fraction of the claimed ah rating.
