Seen a few posts of late about how people cart their gear around & thought to show my set up.
It's a GS10 Banker. I've mounted a chicken crate to an old alluminium hiking backpack frame with cable ties.
Inside the banker go all the hoses & legs, small pry bar.
side pockets hold some gear & enough spare fuel for a re-fill.
Gold pan gets clipped onto the back of the banker.
Pack on my back, shovel, bucket & pump in the hands.

No problem carting the minimal gear to or some distance to the creek.

Thanks Ag Man, I've been wanting to do that for sometime and I'm always on the look out for old pack frames but they're as rare as rocking horse poo. On friday i found a place selling Alice frames but they're not complete....

I got that one by asking at the opp-shop.
The lady working said they didn't have one but she had one in her shed at home I could have

Thats a great idea, would get into pretty much any place you wanted without to many issues. Thats the downfall of the removal trolley, makes carrying lots of gear easy but getting over or under things or through tight area's could pose a problem. You backpack system would sort that out pretty quick.
