Well nice I finaly found a snake buckle,
I have found every end but the snake.
the other items are nice too but I will clean them and post a better pic.

I am digging every target,
Some nice finds when you dig every target, some sound a lot different in the ground to out the ground.

Wise move on those sorts of sites, you will be surprised at what pops up all along the conductivity spectrum, especially some of the low conductors that can actually turn out to be nice relics.

Love the letter opener, and the intact snake buckle is also a very nice find. :)

Hi gold pick, and Sandta.
yes that silver paper Dewars opener was lead sound, but I dig them sounds
most are lead but then that was silver at a lead sound, wild.
I think that the are was not a town dump but a place where someone lived
say a tin shed for 20 odd years, I did find a jar down deep with screw cap on,
I thought I had found there stash, but It was not to be as the jar was empty, dam.
after five days on detecting, I think I have got most of the items but ya never know
as each day I find stuff on where I have ran the detector over and over then bingo.

Well judging by the items found, a lot of copper lamp
and some 1930s items and I find no trace of nails or water tank bits.
Well the farmer must have been correct, it was a rubbish dump for a short while
but these finds are the bulk of it, I also found the other end for the snake buckle
nice.

Looking like you found the Australian Antikythera Mechanism there Cheese.

It may have been a dump, but a good one at that! One man's trash is another man's treasure. ;)
