Can anyone help me out with some info on this coil , it was used with a 2200d prior to me getting it.
Are they any good.?
What Minelab detectors will it work on ?
And what would they be worth ?

If it was used on the SD2200 then it should suit SD/GP/GPX series machines.
Looking at the used coil market now I think you could get $100-150 but there are a lot of cheap coils about at the moment. If you find someone who liked them in particular & was chasing one you might get more?
I think a lot of people preferred the old terracotta coils over the newer Goldstalker range but most are jumping on board with the Elite or Evolution nowadays.

Great coil on the SD2100 and GP series. On my GP3000 for some reason I found it worked better in Normal. If I ran it in Sensitive it would lose sensitivity? Anyway, would be better on the 3500 as you can then use it in Medium or Slow tracking. Some people say that they were prone to knock sensitivity, but mine didn't. They were/are still a kick ass beach coil, as they ran great in Salt mode, and they are fully waterproof.

Yeah im selling my 2200d soon so thought id get more value selling it seperate or keeping it for my next machine which will be either a 4500 or 5000 .

Any of the older coils compared to the new flatties, Elites or Evo,s are like an old 2000 car compared to a 2016 model. Good in their day but dusted now.
