Coin/Token ID help please

Morning all.

A mate of a mate found this. In great nick, quite heavy at 50 grams. Tried to scratch it on a gold testing kit but wouldn’t scratch so assume it is not gold.

Can’t find anything on Google. Anybody have some particular knowledge in the counter terrorism space?
