Wish I was still cashed up, even to go in with a few others to buy it as a group would be nice. Would make a nice place for Prospecting Australia gatherings that's for sure. "No Party Poopers" sign on the gates lol. It has 7 springs on the property and bores sunk too, that area certainly gets heartachingly dry but this property seems well setup/prepared.

Hehe, washing machines are good earners! My missus has a habit of just tossing the coins on top of the machine, you will notice them start to accumulate then suddenly they disappear! even better the goldies go and silver shrapnel remains!!
Funny our 13 yr old always seems to have money though, I used to have to bale hay or bloody well crutch/drench sheep or even worse run them through formaldehyde (of all things) hoof dips in 40C heat to make a few bucks at her age!

I swear she has not moved off the couch in the last 3 days.....serious case of Netflixitis.
