Airport X-Ray machines

Was just wondering if I flew interstate and took my detector with me as hand luggage, is there anything inside a detector that can be stuffed up by the x-ray machines at airports ?

hi jack i took my AT pro up to darwin with me in hand luggage good idea to keep the user manual with it just incase the telescopic poles look like batons
and just be sure to remove the batteries as they tend to discharge, cheers

I fly with my detectors overseas all the time... creates a lot of curious onlookers... but they always work well!
