    Beef Jerky homestyle

    I just finished a batch of beef jerky ready for AFL grand final .I just use a cheap 5 tray sunbeam unit it does the job My receipe varies each batch i just wing it now,beef jerky ,beer and a footy grand final.That will do me tonight.

    Blue Yabby

    Blueish type yabby usually come from cleaner water and the one pictured looks like it has lost its claws at some stage and in the process of regrowth.It looks to have battle scars.
