A few of us are heading to Tuena this weekend and are wondering if it is possible to have open fires.

Just wondering if anyone has taken their detector on an overseas flight. We have grandchildren in UK who would love to do some detecting with their Pa.

Just back from Hill End where Balmain Bob showed us some more interesting sites. Always love going fossicking with Bob, as he has such a wealth of experience of not just the area, but fossicking in general. This photo shows one 'dig' that proved to be just junk (as usual). No problem - all...

Congratulations! Obviously worth looking in State Forests. We have done a little - and your find validates the worth of these areas.

We are at Dubbo ,travelling to Gulgong,should we go to Dunedoo and down toGulgong or turn off and go through a place called Gollan through to Gulgong ? We are towing a caravan.thanks in advance.

Hi Bob, That was just an incredibly lucky find in that spot!! Have had our earphones replaced, no problem, at Miner's Den, Parramatta. We have downloaded Hema maps and playing around with it. There is so much you can do with it! Good luck with your prospecting!
