Yes the Keene blowers are rated at 2000 cfm going full throttle running it full you will kick up a dust storm and lose gold. Running it much lower reduces the cfm and I found that using a quality bounce house blower rated at 1600 cfm runs the box just fine, in fact 800 cfm is adequate. Of course...

Gypsy, As far as EMI, I have not seen any difference of the new ones having more EMI issues than the older coils. I did notice a significant difference in ground noise. I hunt areas of high clay concentrations....red soils and I am digging many more fanthom holes...even if I am in enhanced mode...

I just bought the 17x13 Evo coil and have been taking it out to some of my old patches. I have used a multitude of coils on these patches and have silenced the dirt..I tend to work the same grounds and patches until I cant squeeze out any more bits...and the last few were exactly that...fly...

I just got the 17x13 Evo and found 5 nuggets with it within 2 weeks I had it...largest was 2.3 grams solid nugget and the other 4.65 quartz with gold at a good depth the others just could not get it. I would say if you have the 11" Commander Mono and one larger than the 11" you have it covered...

Evolution 17x13 is a Killer coil..............the weight is surprisingly light, and I am using it as my go to coil. First day out found this 2.31 gram deep, today found a .70 gram piece shaped like a long rice kernel at 7 inches easy.

Had great luck with the 15x8" dd eleptical...in trashy areas disc works good. A bit heavy for its size...but a great mid size E coil...smallest piece found so far is 3.5 grains 1-2" deep. Anything smaller on your detector you will feel like your not covering ground.
