Cooking a chook on the Webber right now as I type.

We went through nearly 4 kg of chicken last night with very few left overs. :8

Tonights sacrifice will be tomorrows dinner, the wife is working and I am supposed to be heading out
70km from home to help out a friend that is really suffering with a serious prolonged illness.
Poor guy is very bad off but a strong man and it took a lot to ask me for help. :/
I have always offered my help to him, he and his wife are very kind people, good souls and soul mates.

So Sunday dinner is searing now.
