Who negotiated this on behalf of the miners - LS?? Epic fail. I think the conversation went like this:

LS "We want a prospecting lease. Swap you for a Honda I recently set fire to with a lighter"

Government: "OK LS - we will turn the whole think into a national park - no mining."

LS: "OK - do you have any settings for a 5000? I'll be at Wedderburn"
