Just searched for a DKW to respond on another thread, came across this bike when searching and thought man that looks pretty nice, maybe it'd be good for people to post photo's of nice old bikes.. Motor Bikes that is

Here's a 1935 DKW 250 SS Supercharged 2 Stroke, a ~30HP production racer offered to the public for 1550 Reichsmarks (625 USD at the time), top speed was over 105mph.. not a bad looking machine at all

^^ I absolutely love the GT1000's.. still may buy one yet, cant beat their sound!

I had a 2012 Multi Duke 1200 up till 2 years ago, best bike I've ever owned.. man that thing went & handled beautifully, had it dyno'd after fiddling with it a tad, 175hp and only 165kg... beyond most supercar power to weight specs. Had a local bike shop fit some tyres before selling it, he took it for a post service ride - came back looking like Marty Felman

Haha..... yeah, nothing like the thunderous boom of a Duke on song, particularly with Termignonies minus the baffles. :playful:
