Still remember heading into Newcastle to go and watch the Newcastle Falcons play at the Entertainment Center with 'Fly Like a Falcon' playing over and over on the tape deck. And who couldn't forget the mighty Kurri Kurri Bulldogs winning the grand final in 93, 94 and 95. "Go you mighty Bulldogs"....lol I remember driving out of Kurri seeing all the signs pinned up on trees along John Renshaw drive telling the last person to leave to 'turn the lights out' as most of the town headed to Newcastle......Great times growing up in and around Newcastle and the lower hunter/Coalfields during the 80's and 90's.
